A simple, efficient and well run hotel with all the essential amenities. The rooms are basic but adequate with new wall mounted flat screen TVs The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a 15/20 walk or 5 minute drive to the beach.
No soud-proofing at all, impossible to sleep/ Muy ruidoso, imposible dormir.
The location is good - between Jerez and Cadiz. You can park for free on the street, just by the hotel. The hotel is clean, the equipment is not that new but is quite nice, domestic. The staff is friendly, however the receptionists spoke very little english.
The breakfast was OK, but no fresh croissants, fruit, not a lot of things to pick up from.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was the best value for money I have eaten at. The hotel was simple, clean, quiet and we are gong again next weekend,
The room was comfortable and well air conditioned.
When I got into my room, workmen were drilling next door for a good half hour. This continued a couple of days later. The hotel is a five-minute walk from the beach, but it's always too windy to go there and so there are hardly any people on the beach...so the hotel isn't what I expected. When I tried to book an extra night, the reception staff told me to use Booked.net again...so I went elsewhere. The hotel is a good 45-minute walk from the main town centre of Puerta de Santa Maria and there are prostitutes touting for trade on that walk.
I did not like anything about the hotel, except the location and the price, for the first night which was Eur30 and was due to go up to Eur125 for the second night.!! They must have been joking when they suggested that one.. The noise started at 12.45am and did not stop until 5.45am. and this hotel is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in while travelling and staying in hotels on four continents over the last 40 years.. Needless to say, I had booked for two nights but checked out very early in the morning after only one night..
Very friendly and helpful bar/restaurant staff. Cheap room rates. Clean rooms.
Awful bathroom facilities. Very thin walls, so pretty noisy. No natural light in the room. Couldn't get over to the other side of my room without climbing over the bed!
Everything was excellent besides low Internet connection! Wish to return next year!
Good and convenient location , helpful and kind staff , nice breakfast
not spacious and comfortable rooms, a bit old, not very clean.I think the rooms as well as the outside chairs and tables could have been cleaner.also the hotel was a bit expensive .
I likes this hotel really - because of its situation near the playa Valdelagrana (much better than playa in El Puerto de S-M) and near the rail station (7 min.). It is coisy, quite, hat its own water pool in a nice garden, pleasant view from the windows from the 1. floor rooms. Comfortable rooms with a bath and clothes locker. Good breakfast, tasty dinner in the restaurant by the hotel. Very friendly staff! I would come back there!
The windows of some rooms on the ground floor go to the wall. Internet is for money<( But the speed is very good!:)
